GAME DAY COMP – HOME GAME 12

The Promoter is Cowboys Rugby League Football Limited, the Hutchinson Builders Centre, 26 Graham Murray Place, Railway Estate QLD 4810. ABN: 28 060 382 961.

These terms and conditions apply to the ‘Game Day Comp – Home Game 12’ competition, including the process we will use to select the prize winner. In these terms and conditions, we will refer to the North Queensland Toyota Cowboys as ‘the Cowboys’, ‘us’, ‘we and ‘our’. We will refer to a promotion participant as a ‘competitor’, ‘participant’, ‘you’ and ‘your’. We will refer to the ‘Game Day Comp – Home Game 12’ Competition as ‘the promotion’ and ‘the competition’. By participating in this promotion, you acknowledge and agree that you have read and understood these terms and conditions. Nothing in these terms and conditions amends, limits or excludes any rights or remedies that you may have under the Australian Consumer Law which cannot lawfully be amended, limited or excluded.

Promotion details:

•  Competition opens 8am Thursday 29 August 2024 and closes 11.59pm Thursday 29 August 2024.

Entry method:

a)       Go to https://www.cowboys.com.au/win and complete the survivor quiz game and enter your contact information in all required fields.

b)      Entries are limited to one (1) per person

c)       The competition will be advertised via the big screen at Cowboys v Storm at Queensland Country Bank Stadium on Thursday 29 August 2024, on cowboys.com.au, Cowboys social media channels.

Entry eligibility requirements:

a)       Entry is open to all ages; however, any entrant under 18 years of age must have their parent/guardian consent to enter the Promotion.

b)      If the entrant is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner’s nominated parent or legal guardian.

Selection of winners:

a)       The competition is a game of skill as prize winners must successfully answer each question correctly in the survivor quiz to enter the draw.

b)      The winner will be determined on Monday 2 September 2024 and notified by email / phone no later than Friday 6 September 2024. The Promoter’s decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Unclaimed prize:

a)       All reasonable attempts will be made to contact the winner. If the Prize is not claimed by the winner by the Unclaimed Prize Date as per the unclaimed date schedule, it will be awarded to another person via a random computerised second chance draw.

b)      The winner of the second chance draw, if any, will be notified in writing within 2 business days of the Unclaimed Prize date redraw.  

c)       If any winner chooses not to take their prize, or is unable to, or does not take or claim a prize by the time specified by the Promoter, or is unavailable, they forfeit the prize and the Promoter is not obliged to substitute the prize.

Unclaimed date schedule:

a)       The prize unclaimed date is: Friday 6 September 2024.

Prize Pool:

a)      The major prize is a $100 Cowboys Team Shop online gift card.

Privacy and communication:

a) Entrants agree to have their email address added to the Cowboys email lists.

b) Entrants can unsubscribe from Cowboys emails at any time by visiting the preference centre or following the unsubscribe link at the bottom of every Cowboys email.

c) We will need to collect personal information from you (such as your name and email address). In providing this information to us, you agree to the terms of the Cowboys’ privacy policy, which you can view here: Privacy Policy

d) Each entrant must ensure that any other person whose personal details have been provided by the entrant to the Promoter for the purposes of the entrant’s participation in this Promotion has given their express consent for their details to be provided to the Promoter and any of the Related Parties and to be contacted by the Promoter or any of the Related Parties in relation to this Promotion.
